Everything you see in our shop is dedicated to the promotion of Macedonian and generally Balkan heritage.

We love offering a products related with this topic and we are open for new suggestion.


– Payments are cleared through invoice.

– We appreciate if payment is settled within 3 days after the purchase.

– We always mark our items as gift when shipping and please note that the buyer will be responsible for eventual custom duties provided by his country. Shipping All items are shipped by registered postage service with tracking number included. (Please see this link for more info)

– We always take care of packaging. Items are wrapped in wrapping paper or packed in little boxes (accessories and jewelry), pouches (organza, cotton, etc.) or paper bags and sent in bubble wrapped envelopes.


– Items are shipped 1-2 days after the payment is settled.

– If you have any kind of inquires, please do not hesitate to contact us.

PLEASE NOTE that we are in Europe and that International shipping could take longer (about 14 – 21 days).

– All applicable taxes (customs, import taxes) in the receiving country are born by the customer.

– We do not assume responsibility for lost packages.

– We do combine shipping on multiple purchases!

*** If the item is bought as a gift, please remember to include the recipient’s correct mailing address along with your personal message. You can include this info in the message to seller box upon checkout. If shipping is returned due to buyer’s error (inaccurate address, etc), buyer will be sent an additional invoice to cover cost of re-shipment. The item will ship upon payment.

Refunds and Exchanges

Everything we do and make is with utmost care, so we hope that you will be very happy with your purchase. All sales are final unless the item is different than the description or faulty. However if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us so that we could work out a solution. We offer refunds but the items must be in their original condition and must be returned within seven days of receipt. Please convo me for resolution prior to returning any item. Unfortunately, shipping charges cannot be refunded.
